Barnstaple Long Bridge

Aerobics class this morning, then home for a quick change into more suitable attire for the Christmas lunch, that Wendy our fitness coach has organised on our behalf. The weather behaved as I was able walk from the car park and back without getting caught in the rain. It was very windy, and as you can see the river Taw water is looking quite muddy from the overnight rain.

Only thing planned for the weekend is getting the Christmas cards finished and posted/delivered, oh and getting a couple of blips ;-))
