Christmas jumper day

The reminder email came around yesterday afternoon... 'don't forget it's Christmas jumper day tomorrow'. Great.  We don't really do Christmas jumpers, which is terribly bah-humbug, but I have a slight issue with having something that is only worn for about 2 weeks of the year.  This is, also, utter hypocrisy as I have a number of ball dresses that haven't had outings for years! 

Anyway, I dug out a top we had been give a couple of years ago, it still just about fits, and the youngest can wear it to nursery next week when he has his Christmas lunch.  I might have to splash out next year so they don't have to deal with my odd morals at school. 

He was rather desperate to be the photo of the day - and then didn't want to smile, so it's a really bad picture.  I think the headdress was made at school

End of term for me today, suddenly feeling exhausted.  Have a pile of work to get through beginning of next week, and have come home on a low having realised that something has gone to print with the wrong date on it.  So annoying (I used rather stronger language when I realised this afternoon).
