Flower Friday: Orchid

After a busy day with a couple of shopping trips, preparations for a camera club outing tomorrow and selecting photos to accompany Christmas letters, I finally got round to doing my blip!

So this is a quick macro of the centre of an orchid (you may remember that it was mentioned, but not blipped, 2 weeks ago; we thought a week ago that it was already dying but amazingly it's recovered!). I particularly like the way the very centre (as per the thumbnail) looks a bit like a butterfly.
