Christmas Tree

Back in Boston after a lovely mini holiday in Newport, Rhode Island.  I did have plans to venture out to the Frog Pond on Boston Common to photograph the Christmas lights and the skaters (the pond is transformed into an ice rink in the winter months), but it has started raining, and doesn't plan on stopping until some time on Sunday morning, so instead here's our tree in its entirety -- looking quite cheerful on this gloomy evening.
