The Bailie

We weren’t actually in The Bailie, just making our way home from The Tiq. A meet and catch-up with Shugs, who’s scooted over from Jo’burg to make sure her folks are OK, was great and with the added bonus that a couple of her Christmas cards will arrive before Easter!
Earlier, I was round at my uncle Robert’s, 95 and still going strong but lamenting that he wasn’t fit enough to go away for Hogmanay anymore. He’s the last of that family generation, I hope he keeps going for awhile yet!
