The sun made a bit of an effort!

That was the view from my kitchen window when I was still in my jammies but by the time I was dressed and ready to face the morning all promising signs had disappeared to be replaced with the usual dull, wet conditions.

A very lazy morning .... general tidying up, making soup and wrapping the final Christmas presents for the family.

Festive fun and fayre with friends at L's tonight .... only problem can be parking at her flat .... it will be fine if everyone else is out!  

I must remember to record the final of 'Strictly' which I will watch when I get home. I'm not an avid fan but I like to watch the final few weeks when the programme is not quite so long.
