Down by the canal, something stirred.

Up sharp this morning as we were off to Stirling with Ali & Euan. Ali had a dental appointment and Euan went too in order to get him used to the dental surgery.
Later, Mag and I took Rona down to the canal for some air. That air was very cold and got colder as the sun descended.
We spotted some Goosander but they were a little camera-shy as here
It appears that one of the locks needs some repair work done; well, they are getting on a bit. I wonder if they will find anything interesting at the bottom of the lock?
