No idea!!

Not sure what this is, but in an attempt to find a blip for today I accidentally caught this image. A bitterly cold day, but bright and cheerful.The patient continues to make
good progress and we had a visit from neighbours, which cheered us up. Can't believe that Christmas is only around the corner! Better get that scarf finished!!
