My kind of decorating

Leo had been away overnight at a sleepover at his mate’s house. When he got home, he fancied getting stuck into the Christmas spirit with a spot of gingerbread decorating.

He went to bed about 1:30am and looks like he hasn’t slept for about a week so he will get a good sleep tonight.

I went Bellringing for a lovely winter wedding in a nearby village. I was a bit worried as the bells are notorious for being difficult to ring - and they are also hung counter clockwise. Luckily, other than being deep set which means you have to make sure to get them to the balance before pulling off, they weren’t as difficult to handle as I was expecting.  Leo loves it when I ring for a wedding as he gets my ringing fee! He has added it to his Christmas funds.

We still haven’t managed to get our decorations up yet so we’d best get busy tomorrow.  Other than ringing for the Sunday service and then our UNO session in Costa, we don’t have anything on so should have a good few hours of festive decorating time in the afternoon.
