Sun shade

I spotted this car complete with its own sunshade,  it also keeps the car dry when it is raining.  I know this because I have seen this car before.  I have no idea how the owner attaches or removes this.  The whole thing seems a bit silly to me.

Another very warm day, the temperature last night didn't drop to much, so hopefully the cold snap is now passing.
