Another late night emergency blip

We woke to a bright, but very cold day.  Tony earned his keep by helping with some leaf clearance from the pond.  We then enjoyed watching the birds on the feeders, including a robin that managed to perch on the fat ball feeder for quite some time - robins aren't supposed to be able to do that, they are ground feeders!  But he flew away just as I got back into the room with my camera!

Then a very lazy day.  We both feel quite flat at the moment.

The day ended in front of the TV, where at 11.30pm I still had no photos for the day, so you get a picture of us watching the highlights of the Leicester v Norwich match - Norwich haven't been coping very well with life in the Premier league, and are almost bottom of the table, but played with determination to manage a draw at Leicester.
