Teign Bridges

We've been out for a pre-Christmas lunch held by some friends in the village. It was a lovely gathering and wonderful food. While we were there the rain came in and when it was time to go we waited for a gap in the rain to walk back up the hill. We got home just before it started again.

I knew I might be short of a blip so I took a shot this morning looking up the river. You can see the bridge that carries the A380 over the Teign and the Town Quay footbridge behind it. Newton Abbot town provides the background.

We now have thunder a lightning crashing around us and a terrific hail storm happening now. I wonder when this weather will ever end?
