Photographic centre in southeastern Finland

The photo club had it's monthly meeting in the evening. These signs are at the door. Below it reads Photographic centre in southeastern Finland, but I haven't figured out from the upper sign which part is southeastern Finland and which part is photographic centre. What a mystery :)
