Home in the dark

Another day down to Deb's Mums - Deb cleaned her house whilst I braved Morrisons to do her shopping for the week. Unfortunately she had a power cut at about 1.30, and although we contacted the elec board, power was still out when we had to leave. The electricity board did eventually turn up with an emergency generator (to power the chairlift). They dug up her back garden and her front path, eventually restoring power at 2am.  Pity it happened, but appreciate their response and effort to get an old, disabled lady back on line.

The photo was taken on the M6 on the way home - what looks like sparks in the sky was the yellow lettering on an overhead gantry - I thought it made the shot more interesting.
