Bread Bandit

We woke to sunny skies this morning so I headed out with my camera with the double intention of getting a blip and getting some exercise.  I drove to Gunner's Lake and walked around it. I came across this fellow racing away from somewhere with his prize and heading towards me.  When he saw me, he decided he wasn't sharing that treasure and scurried away quickly.
 
There were lots of Ring-necked ducks on the lake and I got a shot of one of them taking off, which can be seen in the extra. 

It was quite windy so one trip around the lake was enough.  Dinner tonight with medical school classmates of my husband.
