A day trip to Manchester! Much excitement from the kids at seeing Tita and Tom!

A pleasant train journey (despite there obviously being chaos on the trains all day we got off remarkably lightly!). A tasty coconut latte in some trendy cafe in the northern quarter. A delicious lunch at ju’s flat. Lying around in each other’s company and kids delight at meeting Sidney the hamster. A wander round a remarkably good museum. A tasty milkshake. And a journey home with help from Andy at the Birmingham end!
