Black diamond bakery

The old mining town of Black  Diamond Washington has an historic bakery with a huge wood fired oven. up until quite recently the oven was in use but now other ovens are used but much of the old equipment is still in use.  I’ve included the bread cutter in a couple collage shots.  The woman in the picture showed my friend Peggy and I how the old bread cutter could slice several loaves at one time.  I also took a picture of the  big mixer still in use.   Peggy is looking into the old wood fired oven.
   We had a delicious lunch there and bought goodies for the evening
