Spot the Fairy....

Our day started with a spot of fresh air and ended with an extra to the family....

We went to Trentham Gardens for a walk and breakfast in the gardens cafe. This is one of the wire fairies, designed by local artist Robin Wight,  who is sometimes overlooked as she's on top of the Loggia. If you're not looking up you won't see her.

And this afternoon we went to collect a cat, or rather a 6 month old kitten from a local branch of the Cats Protection. She's all black with the sweetest face, but she cat make an almighty sound! It will take a while for her to settle as she's in a new environment. So we'll have to be patient and just take everything at her pace.
