Flock of seagulls

A flat calm sea this afternoon littered with tiny white horses that on closer inspection were hundreds of gulls!

A long day began with a voluntary night shift and ended with an evening volunteering in HMP Edinburgh. Prisons are tough places. At Christmas time they seem even tougher.

In the afternoon T played violin duets and the plasterer came to repair the wall after the installation of the new radiator.
