hummus

at least it will be once I've put it all together.  The ingredients were left for me on the kitchen counter covered 'bake-off' style with a tea-towel awaiting my 'technical challenge'. I think I maybe watch too many cookery programmes on TV!   
We had our camera club xmas party tonight hence my preparing some hummus.
