Frosty and dark start

We headed in to work early to plough through a load of stuff before we finish for the break.

It was a cold and dark start with some stubborn ice on the windscreen.

As it is no longer term time lots of services are on reduced hours so we couldn’t even treat ourselves with a nice coffee when we got in - had to wait a while for everything to open up.

We launched our new games collection so had a few UNO sessions in the Library Lounge to encourage people to take an interest.  So far the jigsaw and colouring materials have proved popular.  I am looking forward to checking on the jigsaw each day to see how it grows.

I think jigsaws must be a bit addictive as one library visitor loved having a go and is planning to lunch in the library lounge each day so she can carry on.
