Eric Clapton Needn't Worry...

Something I have always wanted to learn was guitar and last year I decided to buy a second hand one off of eBay to start learning on. By my own admission, my hand and eye co-ordination is usually pretty good, but when it comes to learning guitar, it lets me down. I am convinced that my fingers are too short for the fret board, but I am told anyone with any length of finger can play.. so keep practicing I must.
Perhaps I should be taught in person than trying to learn from the internet, I might stand more chance.
