Harry, Cliff and Eric

It was my Dad's funeral today, and afterwards we had tea and sandwiches. Harry, Cliff and Eric were with my Dad at Lutterworth Grammar School, and they've known each other since 1937. Eric is wearing his RNLI tie especially for the occasion; it was my Dad's favourite charity - ever since they rescued me from the North Sea off St Abbs Head back in 1991...

Although today was a sad day, it was also a good day - a day for remembering, and talking with family and friends.
