Notes: Didn't sleep great - up early and out the door around 730a for a session with Michael (I met on a Lyft ride to SD airport). Was expecting a Reiki session (even tho I don't really know what that entails) but was more an energy clearing and tarot cards - interesting and hopeful for the next year ahead. Stopped at Target on the way back and then bombarded by race info for 2020. Did a little time at the pool but cool-ish. Quiet rest of day.
