Healthy Eating Week 2

I knew that healthy eating regime would be necessary to get me back into those skinny jeans but I expected to find it tough going. How wrong I was, the food is delicious, I haven't felt hungry at all and I have so much energy and am feeling wonderfully positive. Food is definitely fuel - for body and mind.

My favourite dessert is this one: blueberries with yoghurt, honey and toasted walnuts. Even the boys are enjoying it - harissa chicken grilled with tomatoes and olives served with wilted spinach and mashed root vegetables is their favourite.
