She's got it ......

the dancing bug!  We took it in turns to do a gentle side step up and down the kitchen and she managed really well getting into the rhythm.  She loves it when we dance ...... and sing :). 

A very dreary day weather wise.  I felt pretty low as the day wore on but was glad I went to Fitsteps as it lifts my spirits!
