I forgot to display a visitor pass on my car, after driving 120 miles from my house in the Cotswolds to London, with my boys in the back and a car full of stuff.

Arrived at Toby365's, unloaded boys and unpacked car and went to get the visitor pass and in the meantime got a parking penalty... £50. I appealed to say I know I forgot, but I did remember after 12mins of being parked, and then went to display it and the ticket was already there! - They didn't care... No compassion...

They are ruthless, heartless sharks. :(
