Kinnoull Hill

We were going to a talk by Chris Packham in Perth this evening so decided to make more of a day out by going through earlier and going up Kinnoull Hill. The light was good and the views terrific of the snow covered hills to the north, as far as Lochnagar and Cairn Toul. However the best view was actually of the tower above the M90 to Dundee, so that is my blip. We had an excellent curry at Tabla, quite different from a ‘normal’ Indian restaurant as the food wasn’t highly coloured and the spices were subtle. Chris Packham was excellent and his photography superb, as he spoke about his life, photography and concern for the environment.
