Gallery of Courage

A few weeks ago, idly following wikipedia links and family history, I discovered that my Uncle George had featured on the front cover of the Hornet, December 12th 1970.

Further sleuthing on the interwebs revealed a source, I sent off a cheque for £3-odd (including p&p) and the comic (sorry, "Picture Story Paper for Boys") arrived today.
I was maybe just slightly too young in 1970 to be interested in this publication, so never saw it...I have no idea if anyone in the family was aware of it hitting the news-stands.
George was my Dad's half-brother and was posthumously awarded the GC.
