not a torture device

Well thats debatable?? 
I had a mammogram appointment today, when the radiographer went to have the films checked i quickly took this, something i have never thought to do before on these routine checks, i guess once  its over i am out of there i just want to get home.
But its a part of life and if you value you it then we have to look after it, i do my best..
Looking forward to picking up Ruby and Deklan tomorrow their last day of school for this year.
 I should get there quite easily this week,  the fires have now almost burnt themselves out, its downgraded now and residents have finally returned home, 400 firefighters were called on this one, they saved 6000 homes and no lives lost, one petrol station gutted and one home damaged, very fortunate.
Glyn has now volunteered his services with dept of Parks and wildlife his old working environment, they were very grateful of his offer, they fear there will be more to come before Summer is over.
