Unexpected

Busy busy busy day today - we seem to have enquiries, negotiations and contracts whizzing about like no tomorrow - all good but hard to keep up.

I had a client meeting and they’re clearly a little more festive than me. My first stop on arrival was their loo - I was a little surprised - that was until I saw the rest of the house. The best bit for me were the Santa boots on the legs of the coffee table though :) They know I’m a grinch so were very amused at my reaction.

It was off to neighbours for a NMB pre-festive gathering, great to catch up with everyone - I left early about 11.30, apparently some (including S) were nearer 2am!
