Aliens in My Kitchen

Willy made his annual Christmas goodies — chocolate covered pretzels tonight. We have to get more white chocolate so he can make a lot more to give away. When I took this picture I thought it looked like an alien face!

Our new next door neighbor came over with her two young children and gave us a home-baked lemon poppy seed loaf and a Merry Christmas. The children are so adorable. They met Sophie the chinchilla and loved giving her a treat, seeing her take a dust bath and feeling how soft she is. Their visit really made my day.
