Peace shattered

After a sleepless night I thought I'd take a break from work and go a walk round the pond before a hospital appointment later on. I made the mistake of taking my phone and watching something tiny escalate into crisis and then spent four hours putting out wee metaphorical fires everywhere. Still glad I went out. Watching on a tiny screen with nature in the foreground was better than a big screen with no nature.
