Wednesday: Honeycomb

Just in case it’s not immediately obvious, this is a complete emergency blip.  But today’s emergency blip is tomorrow’s perfect pudding in the shape of Mary Berry’s honeycomb ice cream, homemade by moi.

My one and only meeting for today was cancelled.  Hurrah!  

P.S. The ice cream part is freezing separately.  This will be the topping.
