It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

What a great day. I finally made decluttering progress so I could have tea with Jennifer, who used to be my yoga teacher and now is my writing buddy and dear friend. She brought me a beautiful card made from her own photos on Shutterfly, plus the gifts in this image —
- three votive lights (purple for Advent?)
- a ladybug for good luck
- all contained in a cunning little Christmas box
She had no sooner left than my phone rang with a call from Hawaii — a New York friend I’ve known for fifty years. Then my California friend who lives in Hawaii phoned. Then I went to church and said thank you.
