The flasher

An appointment with the GP first thing - blood pressure's still too high, but he'd rather not meddle with the medication again for another month, to see whether it "settles down". I'm just relieved that he doesn't want to change it again just before Christmas.

Nice catch up with Frank and Rena, who came for coffee later on. Then some paperwork before going over to Allanton in the evening, for Rag Bag Morris's Christmas do. Good to see everyone again! J was looking especially merry with her flashing antlers.
