Still water

After a weekend with temperatures reaching the mid-60s F., and about an inch and a half of rain, the ice which was covering the ponds and lakes in the parks last week has all melted - at least here at Swaim Park in Montgomery. My day started at church for bible study, then I had to use every ounce of will power I possessed to get myself to the "Y" to swim - I'm really struggling with my motivation at present, despite what the scales are telling me after the holidays! Then this afternoon it was time for some housework and a bit of knitting.
