Day 353/19 Dehydrated Apples

These were my apples, from my own apple tree. This is the first time I have dehydrated anything and it was a fiddly process to slice up the apples then lay them on the trays without them touching..  Now that winter is here it feels like I was making too much of a fuss and the apples are a lovely reminder of summer
