Many stitches make a lovely angel

This little angel is part of a wall hanging which I sewed at least 50 years ago and every Christmas I take it out of the box, dust it down and hang it on the wall.

Out for coffee this morning and called in at Tesco on my way home .... bumped into a couple of friends, one in the supermarket and one in the car park ..... two lengthy chats and I was home rather later than I expected!

An afternoon of general tidying up what is left lying around after writing cards and wrapping presents ..... now I have plenty of empty chairs for anyone who wants a seat!
