Friday

Not a good day. Low mood and tears throughout. A mixture of reasons. Knowing it was last day of term at work and not being a part of it. Knowing they are having a ceilidh tonight at nursery and I'm not there. 
Other things too. 

I needed out, so I left the house and walked , ended up in Costa having a coffee but not really wanting to be there either. Passed a pub with the bike outside.
