At the Oaks Hospital

At the Oaks Hospital for some Physio after my foot operation on 19DaeC. This is the first appointment but who knows if they are going to want more. When its insurance they seem to get you back whether you need it or not.

Anyway, it's cold outside today but no where near as bad whether as they were
Promising.

On another note, there is news on the radio this morning of a helicopter crash in London, Vauxhall near where I went to secondary school and right by the building my Mum used to work in. 2 are dead an maybe more.
