Bridge 102
My first Shropshire Union Canal bridge for a couple of months and it was good to get out specifically for a photograph after several lacklustre efforts since I got back from Australia. Admittedly it isn’t the most inspiring picture but it is the thought that counts
This is Wardle Farm bridge where the A51 crosses the canal. It is an S band in the canal as it moves from one side of the road to the other. It may not be the most picturesque of bridges but I think it has a certain amount of style for a concrete bridge. I'm guessing 1920s or 1930s.
