Giving Back

Today we took 250 orangutans (the same as the one we bought Joe on 20th Dec 2018) to the children's hospital in Glasgow and thanks to the Children's Hospital charity we were allowed to go to ward 3A (where Joe first was admitted to last Xmas and where he stayed for 8 weeks) and give one to each kid there. A really overwhelming, tragic but special thing for us to be able to do.

It was on this day last year that Joe's awful cancer journey began. I'm so sure he'd be proud that we did something for the kids there who are going through similar tough times. I just wish he was here with us.

Thank you to all you blippers who donated to the growdfunding which meant we could buy all of the monkeys.

Thank you also for the support, letters and love you showed us all throughout the year; you really have no idea how much it meant to Joe, myself, Paul and Pip Xxx
