In which: BMW plonker

That car has driven a very long way alongside a river in York, on a split footpath / cycle path. There is no road. They got to the bridge I was on and discovered the bridge has barriers to get cyclists to slow down so have had to do a 3 point turn. I have no idea at all why anyone would do anything this dumb. So I called them into the police for driving on a footpath / cycle lane. Merry Christmas Plonkers!
