Making Music

Today I completed the You versus the Year challenge on Mapmyrun. 1019 kms running or walking 01 Jan 19 to 01 Jan 20. I have run and walked 1021. My running has improved and it feels good. Looking forward to Christmas and my Epidural Steroid injection into my Spine on Tuesday. This group of young Musicians were doing their best to entertain people in town today. You have to take your hat off to them.
