Winter Solstice...

... and the day before my holiday (hopefully) starts. The wind is pretty fierce though it’s due to calm down considerably at about 7.00am tomorrow. My flight is at 7.30 and much as I’d like to get off on time and start tracking down those geocaches I’m perfectly happy to just hold off an hour or so until it isn’t too rough a journey. At least it’s only 20 minutes and Jersey has a decent runway length. I’m so happy I didn’t stay in Alderney for more than a year. Coming in to land on the cliff side was a nightmare...
