The undisputed champion...

... at the bird feeder today was this rather well-fed bullfinch. (That's not counting the pesky acrobatic antics of a couple of squirrels - as in the extra.)

We thought it would be good to get away from the shoppers by visiting the RHS Gardens. Rather a pity that lots of other people had the same idea. 

But at least the sun shone for some of the time.
