Ten pin bowling

This morning we went ten pin bowling. This was meant to be a family outing. However my sister-in-law, brother-in-law, and nephew Freddie couldn't make it because Freddie is running a temperature. Nevertheless, the rest of us enjoyed an hour of 'competition'. I am absolutely hopeless at this game. I came last. I was even beaten by my 78 year old mother-in-law!

The rest of the day I have been looking at old family photos and scrap books (known as the Lloyd Annuals), and blogging.

We're returning to Edinburgh by train tomorrow. I wish we could stay longer in Sussex with my in-laws. It's just so relaxing to be here. I haven't slept this well in months.

Exercise today: shameful again - I have barely moved all day!
