A special day

My little sister’s birthday
And my niece’s baby’s due
We had our Carol Services
A glorious fabulous two
Dougs, Dot and Noa
Were playing in the bands
The music was terrific
Gospel as clear as planned
Dougs wore his jumper
To match is left elf ear
And we’ve all over-eaten
Such typical Christmas cheer
Puddleduck joined for lunch
Roast beef and all the trimmings
We’ve hit the Christmas week
The evidence is brimming.
