Strathclyde Loch

Out walking with the Wednesday girls today...... we took the bus down to Hamilton and walked to the Boathouse at the Loch where we had coffee and filled rolls.  Then we walked to Barons Haugh,and looked for wildlife from the hides there..... ..... saw some ducks, geese and herons, and we enjoyed our day very much.  Walked back to the Boathouse and had coffee (we do like our treats) and then walked up to Peacock Cross for the bus home.  A lovely day and great company.

Weather was dull but dry, and very cold, threatening snow several times but it never actually came.

Off to A's 17th birthday party tonight!!!!
